Thomas Cavendish
Co-owner Lord and Lady Construction LLC
Licensed General Contractor
English-Certified Mason & Contractor

Our head contractor, Thomas, was born, raised, trained and educated in Great Yarmouth and Bury St. Edmunds, England.

He has over twenty years of experience that started with growing up in his father’s construction, surveying and landscaping business.

He broadened this education and experience with multiple English degrees and certificates in masonry, engineering and construction - receiving top honors.

In 2002 Thomas moved to America to continue his education and be close to family that had already moved here.  Through his studies here he received further certificates, licenses and experience in
construction, engineering, cabinetry and masonry.

In 2008, Thomas and Laura founded Lord and Lady Construction, bringing their combined construction and design skills together to do what they love.

Since starting Lord and Lady, Thomas has continued to build on his experience and knowledge, not only through client projects, but through constant research and attendance at seminars, educationals and green conferences.

Thomas is an extremely gifted contractor and mason, who strives to always do it right the first time.

He tackles every job with his whole heart and mind, treating it as if it were a project in his own home.  Giving you high quality work that comes with two year guarantee.

He realizes the importance of understanding the process.  On every project Thomas details every step of what will be done and what is involved, making sure the customer understands and can help make their own decision as to what is the right solution for them.
